      Can I apply?

      Following your application with TopQuote, you will have to provide a credit report and multiple financial & criminal disclosures. These disclosures are a prerequisite for employment with TopQuote and form part of our compliance with Openwork and FCA regulations.

      On reviewing your credit report and disclosures, any financial liabilities that are identified will need to be clarified as one of the following:

      1. It is an active financial liability and is being managed accordingly by way of a payment plan – unless the provider/claimant has agreed to an alternative arrangement in writing.
      2. It is an inactive financial liability which has been resolved, settled, cancelled, or similar – and there is written evidence from the provider/claimant that no payments are required or expected.
      3. It is a disputed financial liability whereby there is an ongoing discussion, with the provider/claimant being in agreement that no payment is being made until the dispute is resolved.

      Any offer of employment is conditional on satisfying Openwork criteria and providing any and all requested evidence or supporting documentation. This criteria must be satisfied within 4 weeks (28 calendar days) of your start-date – non-adherence will result in immediate termination of employment.
